Qualifications

The position

Accenture is seeking a collaborative and results-oriented Operations Consulting & Transformation Manager/Senior Manager who will assist clients with complex procurement, supply chain and operations business challenges. You will work closely with clients to design, build, transform and operationalise solutions, underpinned by emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, IoT, blockchain etc. You will be part of Accenture’s market leading Intelligent Operations organisation driving significant and tangible value by impacting bottom line results that can support our client’s strategic objectives like sustainability, innovation growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement & supply chain transformation and innovation growth agendas

  • Maintain and build executive-level trusted client relationships through advisory and delivery excellence 

  • Leverage market leading technology to design world-class business operations environments

  • Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement & supply chain operations

  • Lead large scale teams to Identify process improvements, value generation opportunities and transformation initiatives for clients

  • Maximise performance across procurement and supply chain – leveraging data-led solutions to drive outcomes 

  • Assist with portfolio management, commercials management, project management activities, including delivery of projects, initiatives management, team management, stakeholder management, and helping leadership shape the next set of activities

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business (preferably in operations, procurement, or supply chain & logistics management)

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in procurement transformation, supply chain management, and digital transformation

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of sales support/lead role experience

Professional Skills:

  • Portfolio, sales and commercial skills

  • Exceptional team management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple end-to-end project cycles

  • Excellent communication, organisation/time management and problem solving skills

  • Strong project management and relationship-building skills with executives

  • Adaptable management style to conform to the varied corporate cultures and organisational structures of our customers

  • Strong ability to effectively manage in a matrix organizational structure working with multiple internal clients

  • Ability to adapt to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers

  • Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders or customers that have resulted in high customer satisfaction
