So,  whilst we know that experience comes in all shapes and sizes and no one person should be forced into a box,  here are the bullet points of what we’re (essentially) looking for:

•             7+ years' relevant SAP PI/PO development experience.

•             Experience working with various components of SAP PI/PO like ESR, ID, SLD and monitoring.

•             Experience with Java & Graphical mapping functions, usage of various adapters, end to end interface build and testing, configuration of iFlows, ICO's and classical configuration scenarios.

•             Experience working on both dual stack and single stack SAP PI environments.

•             Experience working with Eclipse/NWDS for SAP PI developments.

•             Experience with Java & ABAP Proxy developments, RFC developments, ALE and IDocs and report program development.

•             Experience with Java mapping and adapter module development would be added advantage.

•             Experience with ccBPM, SAP BPM, SAP BRM and CPI will be an added advantage.

•             Ability to design, build, test and support SAP technical solutions working directly with customers.

•             Ability to analyse issues and find solutions.

•             Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and delivering quality outcomes.

•             Desirable (but not mandatory) to have SAP ABAP development experience and ABAP OO.

•             Desirable (but not mandatory) to have experience with Integration of cloud offerings like SuccessFactors, C4C, Ariba, Concur, etc.

•             Experience with presenting and engaging with Senior Stake Holders.

•             Experience presenting ideas to technical and non-technical people.

•             Experience with working with a large diverse group of individuals with a disparate set of skills (Technical & Non-Technical) and backgrounds

•             Should be able to independently drive discussions around design and requirements gathering workshops for Interfaces

•             Ability to build confidence with fellow team members and Customer and be a trusted advisor.

•             Focused on delivering value to the customer and taking full accountability for delivery.
