人材開発戦略を実現するために必要な研修を整備していただきます。具体的な業務例は以下の通り。
・ビジネス要件を把握するための情報収集
・研修企画書の作成
・研修の新規構築・構築サポート
・既存研修の改修・改善提案
・グローバル研修の日本社員向けカスタマイズ
・研修の効果測定・実施結果報告書の作成

◆応募要件
・1年以上の研修企画・設計・構築・効果測定の経験
・PowerPointを用いた企画書・講義資料・報告書などの資料作成力
・Excelを用いたアンケートデータ収集・分析力(Pivot, Vlookupは最低限必須)
・対面およびオンラインでのプレゼンテーション力

・ネイティブレベルの日本語力

・各ステークホルダーとテキストでコミュニケーション可能なレベルの英語力(翻訳ツールの応用可)

◆望ましい経験・スキル

・コンサルティング業務の経験

・ビジネスレベルの英会話力
