Project Role : Custom Software Engineering Lead
Project Role Description : Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery. Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives.

Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to apply your knowledge of various technologies and methodologies, ensuring that the software solutions meet client needs and project requirements. You will also participate in discussions to enhance project outcomes and contribute to the overall success of the team..

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of software specifications and design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hexagon EcoSys.
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Strong understanding of software configuration management tools.
- Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
-Expertise in EcoSys configuration and customization in latest versions 9.x
-Prowess in developing custom modules in EcoSys based on the business process
-Ability to configure command line batch jobs for Ecosys.
-Ability to create Menu s, security groups for Ecosys users management.
-Adept in creating test scripts , user training materials and conduct end user trainings.
-Fundamental skills in Project Management and Construction, Project Controls and Contract Management processes
-Exposure to Primavera P6 is a plus
-Experience in Integration of Ecosys with external systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in ACPS - EPDS.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
