Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing innovative business processes. Your day-to-day activities will include collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring the seamless alignment of technology implementations with business objectives. You will also conduct user and task analyses to represent business needs effectively, driving smooth transitions to enhanced operational efficiencies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Serve as an SME in SAP S/4HANA EWM with strong exposure to standard EWM functionalities across Inbound, Outbound, Production, Internal, and Quality processes.
Lead and collaborate with teams to manage both Master Data and Transaction Data effectively.
Take accountability for team decisions and guide resolution of complex challenges across multiple teams.
Engage with cross-functional teams and contribute to key strategic and technical decisions.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather insights, requirements, and feedback.
Develop comprehensive documentation detailing business processes, system requirements, and functional specifications.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-Have Skills: Expertise in SAP EWM, including project initiation, requirement gathering, and solution design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate business needs into actionable process and system requirements.
Proven experience in process mapping and documentation using standard methodologies and tools.
Hands-on exposure to advanced EWM features such as Storage Controls (POSC/LOSC), Put-away and Removal Strategies, HU Management, VAS Management, PPF, Cartonization, Deconsolidation, Wave Management, Labor Management, Synchronous Postings, Replenishments, Yard Management, Cross Docking, Mobility and RF, AS/RS, and MFS.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
Familiarity with business process modeling tools and structured methodologies.
Experience in VAS, Slotting, and rearrangement, decentralised EWM, embedded EWM, cross docking, TM integration
Additional Information:
Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP EWM.
Position based at Chennai office.
15 years of full-time education is mandatory.
