As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the systems in place.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
-Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of cloud-based applications by designing, executing, and maintaining tests throughout the software development lifecycle.
-Validate cloud platforms, product deployments, or DevSecOps pipelines depending on team assignment (Platform QA, Product QA, or DevSecOps QA).
-Perform functional, performance, and security testing for Microsoft Azure based applications and cloud infrastructure.
-Design and execute automated test plans using tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and Postman, including API testing and validation for cloud-native services.
-Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Bash, PowerShell, and Python to improve test coverage and efficiency.
-Ensure compliance with cloud SLAs, KPIs, and security standards by identifying risks and quality gaps during cloud testing phases.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with scripting languages for automation tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Resource needs to be AI Ready.
