Project Role : Data Management Practitioner
Project Role Description : Maintain the quality and compliance of an organizations data assets. Design and implement data strategies, ensuring data integrity and enforcing governance policies. Establish protocols to handle data, safeguard sensitive information, and optimize data usage within the organization. Design and advise on data quality rules and set up effective data compliance policies.

Summary:

The Python Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality backend applications, APIs, and automation solutions using Python. The role requires strong hands-on development experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and applications using Python.
Build scalable and reusable components, modules, and libraries.
Develop RESTful APIs or microservices using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.
Implement data processing pipelines, automation scripts, and integration workflows.
Write clean, efficient, and testable code following coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues and optimize application performance.
Work with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, cloud engineers, and product teams.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.

Professional and Technical Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Python (5+ years).
Proficiency in frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
Good experience with REST API development.
Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (pytest, unittest).
Experience working with Git, version control, and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with CI/CD, automated deployments, and DevOps practices.
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) is a plus.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience as a Python and Gen AI Developer
