Project Role Description : Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements.

Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves executing the configuration management plan under the guidance of the Configuration Lead. The role includes collaborating with team members to design software configurations and customizations that align with business process designs and application requirements. This position requires careful attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensure that software solutions are tailored effectively to meet organizational needs, while maintaining alignment with project goals and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software configurations.
- Document configuration changes and maintain accurate records to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with troubleshooting.
- Continuously monitor and improve configuration processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience with data modeling and schema design within cloud-based data warehousing environments.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and ETL processes.
- Ability to optimize query performance and manage large datasets effectively.
- Familiarity with security best practices and access control in data warehouse platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
