Accenture Interactive is looking for passionate and experienced SAP Commerce - Solutions Architect to join our Digital Commerce team, well-known for creating innovating customer journeys through bleeding edge, end to end solutions!
With this opportunity, you will be joining the biggest SAP Commerce project that is offering innovative solutions to over thirty countries. This is one-of-a-kind offer and relies on your ability to strategize, analyze, design and implement important eCommerce initiatives. You will be joining a team of highly qualified SAP Commerce professional from all over the global, bringing a breadth of backgrounds, qualifications, and experiences with them.
As a Hybris Solutions Lead, you’ll be ready to face clients and provide technical leadership at a project level. You’ll be forward-thinking and you’ll be ready to assist in development of standards, methodology and repeatable processes with other senior team members.
Working directly with the leadership team, your key responsibilities are:
Participate in software design, development, and implementation using relevant eCommerce platforms, specifically Hybris/SAP Commerce
Provide advanced-level development and documentation skills
Provide oversight, planning, and technical direction to development teams to ensure successful delivery of software projects
Help lead the technical design, using object-oriented design techniques
Ensure software developed adheres to best practices and quality standards through code and design reviews
Assess remaining work effort for time to complete estimates
Interface with client technical leads and architects in support of integration design
Interface with engagement and project managers to ensure proper adherence to SDLC and to conduct project risk identification and mitigation planning
Mentor junior team members and ensure software developed adheres to best practices and quality standards through code and design review
Strong experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) development
Hands on experience with Java and J2EE/JEE software development
2+ years of experience as a Lead Developer or Manager of a small team
Significant experience with full life cycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies
Good understanding of eCommerce best practices
Bonus Points if:
Ability and willingness to split time between management and hands-on software design, development, and review
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to facilitate team and client meetings effectively and to deliver constructive feedback as well as managing and/or being managed by remote teams/offices
Experience with one or more Java concepts and patterns including: Java/J2EE, JSP, Spring, Sling, JMS, JUnit, AOP, MVC, Eclipse
Working knowledge of multiple web and application tier technologies: Tomcat, WebSphere, Weblogic, Apache Http, Spring tcServer, Solr, open source packages
Experience with project automation technology: Jenkins, Continuum, Hudson, automated unit testing, Maven, Ant
Experience in a consulting environment with demonstrated track record of continuing responsibilities, creativity and innovation
