MarTech Multi Solution Architect

This role sits at the centre of those efforts. The Martech Solution Architect will lead consultative engagements with senior client stakeholders to design and deliver the most appropriate Martech solutions to achieve measurable value realisation. Martech in this context spans the full customer engagement ecosystem including Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Marketing Automation, Analytics, Personalisation and Content Management platforms.
The role will work closely with Accenture leadership and clients across Southeast Asia to architect and deliver complex customer engagement programs. This individual will lead a team of experts and consultants working on some of the most high‑profile digital transformation programs in the region.
Role Expectations:
The Martech Solution Architect is expected to operate as a consultative leader who can translate business outcomes into scalable Martech solutions. The role focuses on identifying the right combination of platforms, data architecture and operational models required to drive measurable marketing performance.
- Lead the design of multi‑solution Martech architectures across CDP, Marketing Automation, Analytics, Personalisation and Content Management platforms.
- Advise clients on Martech strategy, platform selection and solution architecture required to realise marketing and customer experience value.
- Support delivery of complex Martech transformation programs across Southeast Asia.
- Develop reusable delivery assets, reference architectures and solution accelerators that can support future engagements.
- Partner with Accenture leadership on go‑to‑market activities including solution shaping, proposal development and pipeline growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of approximately 15–20 consultants and solution specialists.
- Engage regularly with senior client stakeholders including marketing, technology and digital leadership teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience working in marketing technology, digital marketing platforms or customer engagement technologies.
- Strong familiarity with leading Martech platforms such as Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Exposure to broader Martech ecosystem components including Customer Data Platforms, analytics platforms, decisioning engines and content management systems.
- Experience designing and delivering multi‑platform Martech solutions.
- Strong understanding of marketing data models, customer identity concepts and analytics‑driven marketing practices.
- Experience working with enterprise integration patterns, APIs and data architecture.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Attributes:
The ideal candidate is both technically credible and business‑oriented. They are comfortable discussing marketing value realisation with executives while also guiding technical teams on architecture and delivery approaches.
