Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Leader to oversee the end-to-end implementation and management of S/4HANA Finance and Control for a greenfield private rise project. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with our client a global leader in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of S/4HANA Finance and Control for a greenfield private rise project, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- Serve as a Technology Consulting Practitioner, advising, leading, and driving high-impact activities across the systems development lifecycle.
- Provide strategic IT advisory, leveraging subject matter expertise to influence stakeholders, shape solutions, and contribute to key decisions.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive global template that standardises processes across multiple regions and business units, balancing standardisation with localisation needs.
- Oversee system integration with several external applications, ensuring seamless data flows and eliminating manual processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and client-facing teams to align on goals, risks, and deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance knowledge transfer and team capabilities.
- Analyse and optimise finance and controlling business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI).
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Controlling (CO) - Cost Centre Accounting.
- Strong expertise in Business Process Design and familiarity with Accenture Delivery Methods.
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex global template initiatives.
- Ability to engage with multiple teams and stakeholders, providing solutions that scale across functions.
- Strong advisory and influencing skills, with the ability to provide direction at both strategic and execution levels.
- Industry knowledge in industrial and automotive sectors is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a global consulting or technology leadership role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive-level stakeholder engagement.
- Track record of successfully leading greenfield or private rise SAP S/4HANA implementations.
