Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Functional Lead with expertise in SAP Customer Service (CS) or SAP Service (formerly known as SAP PM/CS). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering SAP CS or SAP EAM solutions and will play a key role in leading client workshops, designing business processes, preparing functional designs, and leading configuration discussions as part of a global multi-release SAP rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client workshops to gather requirements and define business processes.
  • Design and document business processes aligned with SAP EAM and SAP CS/Service modules.
  • Prepare detailed functional designs and lead configuration discussions.
  • Collaborate with global teams across Australia, India, and the UK to ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Accenture standards.
  • Support the implementation of SAP EAM and SAP CS/Service solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Identify and address challenges during the rollout process, providing innovative solutions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for SAP EAM and CS/Service solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and SAP Customer Service (CS) or SAP Service modules.
  • Proven history of delivering SAP CS or SAP EAM solutions in complex environments.
  • Strong expertise in leading client workshops, designing business processes, and preparing functional designs.
  • Experience in leading configuration discussions and managing global multi-release SAP rollouts.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across Australia, India, and the UK.
  • Manufacturing industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP best practices and methodologies.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving project success.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
