What you’ll do:
Ensure enablement is achieving all regional KPIs
Deliver high-impact, role-based sales training across SMB
Conduct hands-on workshops, role plays, and scenario-based learning tailored to every stage of the sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, closing, adoption, and value realization
Partner with subject matter experts (SME), sales leaders, and other support teams to create and deliver engaging training programs that reinforce selling best practices, product knowledge, and value-based selling
Oversee onboarding program for new hires, upskilling sessions for managers, and continuous education / sales development sessions for frontline sellers
Be the subject matter expert in adult learning to create effective training materials in the most appropriate modality (eLearning, microlearning, job aids, etc.)
Maintain and update training materials as needed
Gather training feedback from sales, track performance metrics, and use data to refine training programs for maximum impact
Maintain regional training calendars
Analyse internal data and tools to identify skill gaps, and partner with sales leadership and QA teams to recommend enablement initiatives
Guide sales managers in developing their coaching abilities to better support their teams
2+ years of relevant experience, including either:
2+ years of training and facilitation experience, preferably in the ad tech, digital advertising or digital marketing industry, or
1+ years of sales experience of relevant industry experience.
Proven ability to design and deliver engaging, actionable training for geographically dispersed, customer-facing teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
Engaging and strong on-camera presence
Experience with sales organizations operating in a virtual environment
Strong facilitation and coaching skills; able to inspire and motivate sales professionals at all levels
Preferred Experience:
Deep understanding of sales methodologies (SPIN preferred) and adult learning principles
