Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Automation solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, RunDeck, Generative AI Platforms

• Create detailed process documentation, including process flows and technical specifications.

• Work closely with business analysts, process owners, and IT/Business teams to identify automation opportunities.

• Continuously monitor, optimize, and enhance existing solutions for improved performance and stability

• Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies to ensure the Automation solutions remain cutting-edge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Hands-on experience with Automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Run Deck, Generative AI Platforms, etc. (least 1 certification in one of the major RPA platforms)

• Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., VB, Python, JavaScript).

• Experience with database management and SQL for data handling & Familiarity with API integrations and web services.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
