Full Stack .NET Engineer with Automation Test Skills

What you’ll do
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer with strong automation testing skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in .NET technologies and will be responsible for writing and maintaining automation tests using SpecFlow and Selenium. A solid understanding of .NET is essential, along with experience in cloud services such as AWS for containerized .NET services. Familiarity with OpenID/OIDC technologies is also highly valued.
Due to the secure nature of this role, Australian citizens with a security clearance will be preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality cloud native software solutions using .NET technologies
- Design, implement, and maintain automated tests using SpecFlow and Selenium to ensure high-quality code
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Troubleshooting and resolve software defects and issues promptly
- Apply AWS knowledge to optimize and enhance cloud-based applications
Qualifications
Here’s what you need
- Extensive experience with .NET, including C#, .NET Core, and object-oriented programming, with strong skills in WCF and REST services
- Proven ability to develop effective automation tests using SpecFlow and Selenium, ensuring high-quality software
- Experienced in containerizing .NET services on AWS, with a general understanding of AWS services, OpenID, and OIDC technologies
- Skilled in writing reusable libraries and familiar with design patterns, Git, and PowerShell scripting for efficient, maintainable code
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and teamwork abilities
Bonus points if with
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms and services
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
- Previous experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
