What you will be doing:
As a Procurement Sourcing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our procurement processes and ensuring cost effective acquisition of goods and services while maintaining high quality standards. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to
- Developing Sourcing Strategies
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and develop comprehensive sourcing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier consolidation.
- Supplier Identification and Evaluation
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, financial stability, and ethical practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers to ensure reliable and sustainable partnerships.
- Negotiation and Contract Management Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements.
- Draft, review, and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Cost Analysis and Budget Management
- Analyze total cost of ownership and conduct cost benefit analysis to optimize procurement decisions.
- Develop and manage procurement budgets, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and industry trends that may impact sourcing activities, proactively addressing any challenges or disruptions.
- Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes, streamline workflows, and optimize resource utilization.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in strategic sourcing and procurement.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. Master s degree or professional certification e.g., CSCP, CPSM is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist or similar role in procurement, with a track record of successfully implementing sourcing strategies and delivering measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, conduct financial analysis, and make data driven decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in contract management and familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, anticipate future trends, and develop innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in sourcing tool Coupa and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
