Position Overview:
As a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Consultant, you will play a vital role in transforming HR service management for our clients using the ServiceNow platform. Your deep expertise in HR processes, coupled with your proficiency in ServiceNow solutions, will enable you to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of HR service delivery systems. By doing so, you will empower our clients to streamline HR operations, enhance employee experiences, and achieve strategic HR objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Service Delivery Strategy:
- Collaborate with clients to assess HR service delivery needs, comprehending their unique challenges and strategic objectives.
- Lead the development of HR service delivery strategies, leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to align with clients' HR and business goals.
- ServiceNow Configuration and Implementation:
- Customize and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet the precise requirements of each client.
- Oversee the implementation of HR case management, employee self-service portals, and other HRSD components.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with HR stakeholders and clients, serving as a trusted advisor on HRSD solutions.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations to provide project updates, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Process Optimization and Best Practices:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and the adoption of HR best practices within client organizations.
- Collaborate with clients to institute efficient HR processes and workflows.
- Change Management and Training:
- Develop change management strategies to facilitate the seamless transition to new HR service delivery processes and technologies.
- Administer training sessions and workshops to ensure the effective adoption and utilization of ServiceNow HRSD solutions by HR teams and employees.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as an HRSD Consultant, HR Process Analyst, or similar role, with expertise in implementing HR solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
- Profound understanding of ServiceNow HRSD modules and functionalities.
- Certification in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery or related domains is highly desirable.
- Deep knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a talent for establishing and nurturing strong relationships.
