Our Splunk Architects are the go-to team for all things Splunk at Accenture. We are building an Engineering capability that houses knowledge and skills in Splunk and Splunk administration, Devops practices relating to deploying and maintaining Splunk assets. We aim to teach/mentor others on best practices and help avoid pitfalls in managing Splunk Clusters.
You will be responsible in helping the team to:
Develop Splunk BAU Operations best practices
Identify Splunk license optimisation opportunities
Build and validate Splunk in multiple cloud, on-prem hybrid environments
Assist with complex Splunk issues for teams spread across time zones
Coach other Splunk SMEs on specific usecases, how-tos and best practices
Identify Splunk cluster optimisation opportunities - defining/automating best practices
Assist with design, deployment, patching and maintenance of Splunk
Support enterprise Splunk deployments with data feeds from multiple data centres
Skillset and Characteristics Preferred
Splunk Cluster architect/administrator
Managed one or more Splunk clusters
Experience with Extraction, Transformation, and loading of data, including SPL and Regex
Shell Scripting, Jenkins, Ansible, Python skills preferred
Cloud knowledge (AWS & Azure preferred)
Linux and Windows OS experience.
