Apis, part of Accenture is looking for a management consultant who specialises in change management to join our team today! The successful applicant will contribute to the delivery of ICT improvements and technical enhancements across government, whilst being supported to further their career.


This position is ideal for an experienced Change Manager or Management Consultant who:

  • has deep subject matter expertise in the planning and execution of internal and external change and communications strategies in ICT environments
  • has demonstrated, hands on experience in large-scale federal government transformation
  • enjoys working in multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful outcomes

To ensure your success within this role, your experience will include the following;

  • analysing business change impacts (preferably in a federal, territory or state government environment)
  • assessing and establishing measures to influence and monitor effective adoption in large scale digital transformation programs
  • developing and rolling out change management initiatives for transformational systems or process change programs
  • undertaking change impact assessments and training needs analyses; developing SOP’s and designing and delivering training
  • developing change communication materials to engage the business at all levels
  • relevant tertiary qualifications and industry recognised certifications (such as Prosci or Adkar) will be highly advantageous


A baseline clearance or ability to obtain one is an essential criterion of this role, therefore applicants must be Australian Citizens in order to be considered.
