Executives in the Sales career track grow pipeline and sales by identifying, managing or leading the origination and closing of sales opportunities. They progress by developing and deepening sales skills and evolve into larger and more complex sales roles.

Job Description

You will focus on growing Accenture’s Cloud business across Australia and New Zealand, managing opportunities through all phases, including qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process and offering expertise.

At this position level within Accenture you will have the following responsibilities:


Ideally, your background will include:

  • 8+ years with a demonstrated strong track record of providing value to clients through selling & closing deals in Services space in one or more of the following areas: Cloud advisory, Cloud enablement, transformation and migration, Managed IT Services, IT Service Management.  Expertise in Public Cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), Data Center Services, Network, and IT transformation is essential.
  • 8+ years Sales Pursuit Management experience
  • 8+ years Client Relationship and/or delivery experience
  • 3+ years working knowledge in AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud platform solutions or other leading Cloud providers.  Certifications in any of the platforms are highly regarded.
  • Experience in Cloud Solutions Architecture, Automation and DevOps, Cloud & Infrastructure Business and Value Realization Cases. 
  • Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management.
  • Experience working within a large, matrixed company environment.
  • Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting.
  • Experience in administering, managing, tracking and reporting sales and pipeline metrics.
  • Passionate and energetic on sales with strong learning and growth mindset
  • Flexible to travel where necessary or required
