A typical day of our consultants:

As an Adobe Experience Manager, you’ll be ready to face clients and offer technical expertise at a project level. You’ll be forward-thinking and you’ll be ready to assist in development of standards, methodology and repeatable processes with other senior team members. Working closely with our clients, you will design, build and implement web-based solutions with the AEM platform. You will be familiar with projects run within the Agile methodology and as part of the role convert business requirements into code, prove their work with appropriate testing, and provide ongoing support.

You’ll know and love these things:

  • Java web development with Spring, front-end, HTML, JS, integrations
  • Sling Declarative services and custom workflows
  • Web based applications on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Web services and RESTful API
  • Develop and support WCM components, integrations and applications
  • Digital technology and cutting-edge web solutions .
  • 4+ years of AEM/CQ5 experience with 3+ full cycle AEM projects and at least one plus year in Web experience.


Good to have skills:

    • 4+ years of strong web content management experience with Adobe AEM/CQ5.
    • Experience with integrating AEM/CQ5 and CQ6.1 with other products and vendors.
    • Solid experience with CQ5 building blocks including templates, components, dialogs widgets and bundles.
    • Experience with Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, and DAM.
    • Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks/libraries ( jQuery, Grunt, Bootstrap etc.), and CSS pre­ processing platforms (SASS).
    • Experience with Continuous Integration and related tools (Jenkins/Cruise Control/Maven/GitHub).
    • Expertise in full stack development within AEM.

Professional skill requirements :

  • Hold a University degree, ideally in a related field
  • Be a positive team player and have excellent presentation, communication (written and oral) and personal skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Confident with being a team member in both implementation projects as well as in business development and strategy engagements
  • Strong problem-solving skills, presentation and negotiations skills
  • Strong technical skills – Java, HTML, Java script, JSON, web analytics, content tagging, content optimisation, service-based architectures, REST, API gateways
  • Have Cross industry experience (beneficial) – Financial Services, Resources, Health & Public Services, Communications, and Media & Technology.
  • Demonstrate a passion for innovation and new idea generation
