Salesforce Solution Lead

The successful candidate will be able to design application architecture solutions that span multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Examination, Social, Communities) that meets a client’s business requirements; articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for an application architecture. They will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail-oriented and have excellent problem-solving abilities. They will have superb communication and project-management skills and will be able to communicate complex examination ability results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way. They will deal with highly ambiguous problems, taking full control and responsibility for finding solutions, and will drive towards simple solutions to complex problems.
Participate in the planning process, including estimation and scoping, with a particular focus on the SCRUM methodology and agile estimating techniques.
Work with client parties, including product owners to understand their vision and articulate solution options to fulfil those visions, including the tradeoffs and benefits of those solutions.
Design and own the overall application architecture.
Work with other architects to ensure that application components align with governance and standards and the overall vision of Salesforce within a customers organization.
Guide a team of on and offshore members across the disciplines of developer, configurator and tester in an Agile scrum manner
Demonstrate in-progress and completed work in public forums, gathering feedback and outlining how business value has been delivered.
Identify risks and assumptions associated with delivery.
Experience with Salesforce or any other CRM/App development platforms
One or more current Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud) is highly preferred.
