The Procurement and Asset Management team within the CIO organisation, procure and managing the IT assets within the company to deliver smarter, faster and more cost-effective IT solutions for the organisation. Join us here and you'll form long-term partnerships with global and local organisations, and work with increasingly specialised business operations such as procurement, finance and accounting, IT, help desk services and HR.

Working with the team, the Procurement & Asset Management analyst's main responsibilities include maintaining the Australian IT asset inventory and the efficient acquisition of IT products /services. Furthermore the Procurement & Asset Management Analyst supports the Lead with internal cost recoveries and any proposed and/or ongoing projects.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Education:

  • TAFE college diplomas/certificates in purchasing or related discipline plus 1-2 years relevant experience or university degree plus 0-1 years relevant experience.

 Work Experience:

  • TAFE educated: 1-2 yrs relevant experience • University degree: 0-1 yrs relevant experience

Procurement:

  • Procurement Tracking

  • Negotiation with providers and vendors

Asset Management:

  • Asset Tracking
  • Asset Inventory
  • Asset Auditory
  • Workstation Replacement Programs
