Ability to work with clients as Delivery Executives, Architect, or lead functional and technical teams to deliver cutting edge SAP CX solutions
Understands customer experience business processes end to end and the technology components of SAP CX solution portfolio incl. latest acquisitions
Leads and facilitates customer experience technical design/blueprint engagements
Define compelling customer experience solutions and value prepositions in support of the sales cycle
