Seeking a seasoned sales executive leader with a proven track-record of managing a professional services Sales team. The Candidate will be responsible for leading Accenture's SAP Sales team, achieving the SAP Platform sales target, shaping and driving the Sales strategy and managing the team of Individual Sales Contributor Sales Directors.
Must be able to travel up to 50%
You will have:
10+ years proven, successful sales experience in IT Professional Services or Platforms.
Strong network and relationships in the SAP Ecosystem
Proven track record of building & leading sales teams to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Positive attitude, high motivation level and a passion for growth and business building.
Experience developing Sales territories, campaigns: identifying and qualifying opportunities; deal shaping & negotiation.
Technical acumen blended with ability to communicate business value.
Salesforce or cloud related Implementation experience
Deep understanding of the SAP Platform & Cloud solutions
Experience in working (or partnering with) a Top tier Consulting firm
Experience working in one of Accenture's industry verticals namely: Financial Services, Communications, Media & Technology, Healthcare & Public Sector; Resources; Products
