SAP CX Sales Executive

People in the Sales career track grow pipeline and sales by identifying, managing or leading the origination and closing of sales opportunities. They progress by deepening sales skills and developing new skills, and evolve into more complex sales roles.

Sales professionals drive the sales process and outcomes, growing a profitable pipeline, through opportunity origination, consultative and solution-oriented sales pursuit negotiations and closure.

The role

You will focus on growing Accenture’s CX (Customer Experience) business for SAP, and manage opportunities through all phases, including qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process and offering expertise.

At this position level within Accenture you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Independently originate new SAP CX opportunities and leverage provided offerings and frameworks

  • Develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients by utilising a differentiated roadmap and framework to enable our Client’s customer experience journey and transformation.

  • Provide solutions to complex CX business problems for opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of the experience economy.

  • Interact with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture, determine pursuit strategies, develop client messaging plans and relationships, and apply industry-leading experience management (XM) practices.

  • Serve as key sales contact and opportunity entry point into Accenture global SAP CX CoE.

  • Play key SAP CX origination campaign role as storyteller, evangelist, and prospecting opportunities.

  • Operate within large teams and directs specific team sales activities

  • Work across industries and tailors the SAP CX sales messaging to specific industry context

  • Collaborate across different organizational domains to bring the best of Accenture’s SAP CX offerings

Must be able to travel up to 50%


You will have:

  • 5+ selling/closing deals in Services space in one or more of the following areas: SAP Hybris (Commerce, C4C, Billing, Marketing), SAP C/4HANA, SAP CRM, cloud-based CRM applications, Digital Customer transformations.  Expertise in SAP C/4HANA is preferred.
  • 5+ years Sales Pursuit Management experience
  • 5+ years Client Relationship and/or delivery experience
  • 5+ years in SAP space (services sales and/or solution architect)
  • Experience working within a large, matrixed company environment.
  • Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management.
  • Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.
