Role responsibilities:
  • Liaise with contract requestor to understand context related to the contract and obtain any missing/incomplete information required to draft contract.
  • For new contract requests, perform a review of Contract Request Form as to whether a preferred supplier was selected.  When a requestor has engaged a non-preferred supplier, advise and provide a link to the Buyer Portal via email for buying instructions which include preferred supplier options. 
  • Draft the requested contract per the Client Contract Playbook (utilizing the guidelines and negotiating positions therein). Utilize the agreed contract drafting checklist maintained by Accenture to review the contract for clarity of all terms and completeness.  Quality check the drafted contract in accordance with the Contract Playbook.
  • In case of usage of any non-standard supplier contract terms and conditions, escalate to and obtain (or work with the Client requestor to seek to obtain) Client Legal written advice and/or approval
  • Manage the process to obtain the internal required approvals and signatures on behalf of Client requestor in order for the contract to be submitted to supplier.
  • Must be fluent in English and Mandarin.
