Job Description

Role includes some or all the following key responsibilities.

Overall

  • Support the Operations Transformation Leadership in sourcing and selling new opportunities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery in transforming the business from process transformation to operationalising the delivery centre specifically in Record-to-Report (R2R) function
  • Partner with client leads to understand business priority and operational challenges
  • Develop operating model and framework for clients including strategy, scope, staffing, engagement setup and execution.
  • Understand and drive the commercial management for client proposals and projects
  • Work on Operations Transformation projects based solutions - delivery of Finance transformation covering ways to improve their period-end processing including reporting, reconciliations and fixed asset management
  • Drive client relationship management including engage with Senior level stakeholders effectively in a dialogue
  • Develop new methodologies and assets to support Finance Transformation projects
  • Work with deal teams to provide subject matter expertise and industry / offering insights for important client proposals and RFPs.
