This Marketing Manager will focus on building awareness of Accenture’s services and expertise with clients from the Resources industries across Chemicals & Natural Resources, Energy and Utilities, and will collaborate with our subject matter experts across these industries to drive a content and marketing agenda that is relevant, compelling and supports our positioning.
The CSG marketing role will support and be responsible for
Priority industry campaign localization and integration in Australia
Account-based Marketing for key accounts in the local Australia business plan
Oversight of the Resources client portfolio in Australia (working with local business leads on targets, offerings, content/topic priorities, competitive dynamics, experience, etc.)
The role reports to the Marketing & Communications Director for Resources and will work closely with local and global Resources business executives and sales team to bring to bear our go-to-market approach and support sales and revenue generation for the Resources group.

Strong budget management and financial reporting skills
Ability to work autonomously and independently as well as integrate appropriately with other areas within Resources marketing and other Accenture Marketing & Communications areas
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
7-10 years’ experience in marketing, business development and/or marketing communications roles.
Bachelor’s degree, university degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing.
BS in Marketing preferred. Master’s degree a plus.
The successful individual will be an experienced, creative, well rounded marketer with superior communications skills both orally and in writing and a track record of being able to influence across a broad range of executive stakeholders and marketing colleagues. He/she will have a track record of working effectively in new, digitally dominated landscapes where he/she was expected to continually innovate. He/she will evangelize a content-led approach, which is the core of our marketing strategy. He/she will be assertive, articulate and agile.
