Are you passionate about cutting-edge technologies?
As a consulting professional within the Government and Health practice, you will guide and advise our healthcare clients in understanding, evaluating and exploiting new and emerging technologies to improve delivery of healthcare services and patient outcomes. You will embrace the ambiguity of emerging technology and its possibilities, utilising innovative design thinking techniques, strategic thinking along with technical, functional and industry best practice to delivery market-relevant insights for our clients. Our managers build, inspire and lead successful diverse teams in selling, assessing, defining, implementing and supporting world-class solutions for our clients, empowering clients to innovate, compete and operate more effectively in a digital world. Leveraging excellent communication skills, they are ready to communicate and build strong working relationship with senior client representatives.
All of our consulting professionals receive comprehensive training covering business insight, technical and professional skills development. You will also have opportunities to hone your functional skills and expertise in an area of specialisation. We offer a variety of formal and informal training programs at every level to help you acquire and build specialised skills faster.

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
· At least 6+ experience in technology advisory, design or consulting
· Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
· 4+ years’ experience in healthcare engagements
· 6+ years of relevant consulting experience across some of the following areas (with a preference for experience at healthcare organisations):
· IT Strategy
· IT Planning, Architecture & Roadmaps
· IT Operating Model assessments and definition
· Solutioning and Deal Shaping
· Data Architecture & Governance
· Technical Architecture Strategy & Transformation
· Enterprise Architecture & Transformation
· Cybersecurity assessments and strategies
· Public Cloud assessment and adoption roadmaps
· Robotics Process Transformation and Artificial Intelligence
Professional Skill Requirements
· Experience of building and leading diverse teams, working collaboratively
· Experience of demonstrating resiliency within a professional environment
· Experience of interacting and building relationships with senior stakeholders
· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a client business issue solving environment
· Interest in emerging technology and global technology trends, in particular in the healthcare industry
· Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
