Understand Accenture's real estate strategy and tactical transaction plan in ANZ and work with appropriate leadership to mobilize the defined Real Estate activities aligned to business requirements and demand.
The role includes Design management, Budget control, Build out execution, Project management and Capital Planning.

Assist with preparation and review of all business case documentation related to real estate acquisition in assigned geographic area in adherence to real estate policy and procedures
Manage the Capital Planning process that includes Capital estimation, Planning, Monitoring and reporting back to GU and Global/Regional leadership.
Utilize global standards, reporting methodologies, risk management and other processes and toolkits as well as regional/tactical responses for workplace projects that are aligned with our Workplace methodologies and respond to local demographics, work processes, local codes and legislations in varied geographies while reducing real estate operating costs for Accenture.
Submit accurate Seat Estimates and Capital Budgets (cost and timing of expenditure) for incorporation into the overall GU budget request.
Manage and ensure consistent application of human resource processes including career development, salary review, recruiting and performance management within area of responsibility and in accordance with local legislations and rules. What is this for?
Assist Real Estate Transactions Lead with the negotiation and management of real estate transactions for assigned geographic area, in conjunction with geographic and business unit leadership
Assist Real Estate Transactions Lead in the management of leases to ensure all critical contract dates are observed and dealt with in sufficient time
Manage the real estate pipeline for responsible geographic area to capture and communicate status of all real estate transactions to appropriate Workplace Solutions, Geographic leadership and external providers
Manage workspace design and planning projects in their geographic area of responsibility, leveraging global Workplace standards, reporting methodologies, processes and toolkits.
Identify and manage risks
Lead or support project management for new build out projects - Monitor project performance against global guidelines and performance metrics - Report on implementation process and project status- Develop accurate budgets (quantum and phasing/timing)- Manage budget and cost impacts
Work closely with Workplace Solutions, and local leadership to deliver appropriate real estate solutions that align to Accenture’s strategy and business requirements.
Work with internal and external real estate and program delivery experts to implement local/regional portfolio plans.
Work closely with the Corporate Real Estate Team, ANZ Workplace Leadership and External Consultants.
Reporting to: Workplace Real Estate Senior Manager
Stakeholders: ANZ GS Lead, ANZ Workplace lead and tther corporate/GS functions and Internal clients and supplier partners.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management will be preferred
10 to 15 years of relevant experience
