Job Summary   

The HRBP is committed to developing and delivering the Client Service Group (CSG) Talent Strategy and HR results aligned to business objectives for the entity they support. They provide a unified HR face and create strategic talent management programs to improve workforce performance. This can include defining requirements and confirming suitability of HR strategy, programs, processes and services, monitoring effectiveness of existing HR programs and services and engaging with HR service delivery on issues and resolution. They act as a "sounding board" to entity executive team and provide counsel to leadership on people issues; i.e. career planning and leadership development which foster a people centric culture. They partner with other HR groups to ensure relevancy of programs and initiatives and facilitate implementation planning by providing entity specific insight.


Accountabilities


Develop and Execute the Strategy

  • Accountable for working with the OG & GU Talent Strategists to integrate talent and/or Human Capital strategies at the CSG level
  • Drive the implementation of Human Capital and/or Talent Strategy aligned to the objectives of the CSG.  This entails driving 3 – 5 key programs with metric driven results that support the talent strategy (sample programs include I&D, Rotate Talent to the New and LIVE, LEARN, LEAD people & culture strategies)
  • Partner with the CSG Lead and Practice Leads to align talent priorities with business strategy - actively influence to ensure that Talent Strategy considerations are appropriately reflected
  • Represent HR and people matters at leadership meetings and forums, managing the relationship between HR and business decision makers
  • Ensure continuous focus on strategic HR delivery and minimize operational/transactional work

Drive Performance & Delivery Excellence

  • Accountable for ensuring HR priorities are accepted and implemented within the CSG and engage with HR service delivery on issues and confirm adequacy of resolution
  • Work with Practice Leads and Client Account HR Leads to drive change efforts to meet the business requirements
  • Work with Learning Lead to bring training strategy to life for our employees; provide senior guidance to learning team to create & build training curriculums
  • Participate in a broad range of HR processes by providing business insights, setting priorities, reviewing solutions, providing planning input, driving action plans communicating to business leadership

Create and Implement Innovative Solutions

  • Monitor the people implications of the business and market conditions and facilitate changes as needed to deliver desired business outcomes.
  • Implement HR initiatives as outlined in the Talent Strategy, drive appropriate journey and change management with key stakeholder input as needed
  • Collaborate with other key HR stakeholders including Client Account HR Leads within the GU to identify and manage local impacts of HR solutions and to define specific local needs
  • Drive 1-2 cross business area transformational HR programs/projects to positively impact ANZ people & Culture strategies

Develop Key Relationships

  • Collaborate with CoEs & service delivery to ensure appropriate talent is identified, recruited, developed, deployed, promoted, & retained to enable the business to deliver on the business strategy
  • Collaborate closely with AAAPC HR Business Partner to ensure Global Accenture CSG Talent & People Strategies come to life
  • Lead the CSG HR team; provide guidance on priorities, work with team members to achieve high performance individually and as a group, provide coaching and career guidance, and ensure HR team is aligned with business needs and the ANZ Talent Strategies
  • Provide advice and consulting services to line business executives on the planning, application and management of human capital
