Job Description: 


As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will be leading teams and supporting projects deploying ServiceNow based solutions for Accenture clients in Australia and across the region.  

As part of the broader project team, responsibilities will include liaising directly with clients to identify and document their requirements and the configuration and development of software to meet those requirements. In addition, as Senior Technical Consultant you will be providing leadership focus for both your team and for the clients that you are supporting

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with enterprise level Cloud hosted software implementations and a demonstrable record of successful deployments as lead
  • Demonstrable Team Leadership experience on complex enterprise software implementations
  • Solid demonstrable experience in JavaScript and Angular JS
  • Solid skills/experience working with Development APIs
  • Web Service Integration experience
  • LDAP Integration experience
  • Demonstrable familiarity with Cloud hosted databases
  • Experienced and Comfortable Presenting to client audiences

Preferred Skills:

  • BSc/BA IT or Computer Science, or equivalent related experience
  • Experience in related application development, such as C Sharp beneficial
  • Single Sign-on configuration and administration experience
  • RDBMS/SQL Experience - in establishing integrations through JDBC
  • Demonstrable success in Business Process Management/Automation projects
  • ITSM Experience: Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, Service Request Management, Configuration, Asset and Event Management

Professional Skill Requirements

  • Whist comprehensive training is available, candidates would ideally be certified as follows,
    • ITIL Foundation Certified
    • ServiceNow System Administration Certified
    • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certified
    • ServiceNow Developer Certified

Other Requirements: 

  • Roles are available in Sydney, Canberra or Melbourne– some travel will be required
  • Unsocial hours may need to worked to support the needs of project schedules
  • To support security clearance requirements, applicants for Canberra based roles must be Australian citizens.
