Job Description


Risk Management professionals transform the risk management function from a series of isolated transactions to one of strategic scope and importance, encompassing all aspects of the entity, including investment, financing and operating decisions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage project work or selected work streams in Risk Management service line
  • Leading the process of AML/CTF and Sanctions
  • Conduct fraud assessments; identifying risks and control deficiencies, and providing strategies to reduce risks and rectify deficiencies identified
  • Manage AML/CTF Independent reviews and risk assessments
  • Identify, define and document complex business specifications for risk platforms and procedures 

Professional Skill Requirements

  • Strong project management background
  • Solid background in investigations, AML, working within the financial crime sector
  • Fraud and Financial Crime experience
      • Know Your Customer (KYC)
      • Anti Money Laundering (AML)
      • Sanctions, Suspicious Activity Report (SAR)
      • Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
      • Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
      • Fraud Prevention
      • Compliance experience– technology compliance, data privacy, fraud, financial crime, AML, KYC, trade surveillance
  • Experience in banking and/ or private banking, wealth management
  • Track record of excellence
  • Analytics background is a plus

Formal Requirements


Education: Master of Science (preferably in business or engineering)


Mobility: A willingness to travel when required is crucial
