By leveraging your management consulting, analytics, technology, operations and outsourcing skills, you’ll help clients design and implement strategies that improve the overall quality of services that are delivered to your friends, family and neighbours.

Service Manager is heavily involved in all aspects of delivery, partnering with the delivery lead to make sure that service levels are met across the following key areas:

  • Incident
  • Problem
  • Request
  • Change

As this role is a multi-function role, the individual is also expected to conduct business analyst roles to enable the release of changes, including:

  • Design the application to meet the business process design and application requirements.
  • Validate the design with the stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirements.
  • Participate in transitioning the designs to the developers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the designs.
  • Complete all appropriate documentation required by the developers, testers, deployment team, and application management team that will maintain the application.
  • Plan and execute the emergency release test, both prior to implementation and post implementation.
  • Updating e-learning package and training material to be aligned with changes
