Business Process Services professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. They may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process services, including finance and accounting, procurement and human resources. Depending on the role, Business Process Services professionals may be based at a client’s office or in one of Accenture’s 50 delivery centers around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owns the management of executed contracts (from a procurement perspective) once implemented by Accenture’s team of Sourcing Project Managers.

  • Participate to kick-off meetings further to a new contract being executed

  • Management of Active Contracts, including interacting with Contract Owners, defining the course-of-action ahead of contract expirations, monitoring spending of Total Contract Value (contracted funds), releasing/managing Bank Guarantees

  • Follow-up of Contractual Continuous Improvements

  • Manage contractual Price Reviews: maintain a tracker, obtain new prices, check accuracy against contract, update prices in the ERP system

  • Organise and attend Supplier Relationship Meetings, distribute minutes and follow-up on actions

  • Occasionally attend supplier Site Visits

  • When necessary, organise meetings to resolve suppliers’ non-performance issues 

  • Manage suppliers’ requests related to current contracts price changes, delivery performance, part number changes, etc.

  • Monitor purchases leakages/off-contract purchases

Basic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Procurement

  • Previous experience working within the resource industry, on-site work would be ideal

  • Previous experience as a Contract Administrator or Contract Manager

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Enjoys face-to-face interactions and relationship building

  • Interacting with Suppliers and stakeholders


Travel Requirements

  • Travel to client site every other week, 2-3 nights per visit
