ANZ Payroll team professionals provide the timely and accurate delivery of employee remuneration whilst complying with all relevant statuary, internal controls and data privacy requirements.


Job Summary

  • Assisting with the payroll processing for Avanade and Accenture related entities including off cycles / manual payruns.
  • Undertaking and providing calculations and reimbursements of relocation assistance and associated LAFHA (Work Assignment Transfer Allowances)
  • Provide assistance with statutory compliance of payroll related payments and ensure accuracy of relevant accounting records.
  • Undertake and assist with absence and leave calculations, validation and processing as required.
  • Undertake and assist with the calcaution of both on and off boarding of employees for Avanade and Accenture related entities (New Hires & Terminations)

Key Responsibilities

  • Absence and leave calculations, validation and processing as required.
  • Assisting with the SAP to Payroll Audit review
  • Assisting with the Monthly Gross to Gross analysis
  • Audit between Payroll & other internal tool (e.g. MyTe) for Avanade and Accenture related entities
  • Assisting with review and validation of data entry and paperwork (e.g. new hire and termination calculations).
  • Calculating and reimbursement of relocation allowances and associated LAFHA (Work Assignment Transfer Allowances)
  • Payroll processing for Avanade and Accenture related entities including off cycles / manual payruns.
  • Support and investigation of payroll related enquiries from the business
  • Validation, reconciliation and commentary of payroll related SAP ledger accounts when required
  • Providing payroll statutory compliance calculations, including but not limited to:
    • Age Base Limit and Superannuation Guarantee Maximum Contribution Limits
    • Bonus related tax obligations
    • Fringe Benefit and related LAFHA reporting obligations
    • Terminations / Severance
    • New Hires

Reports to:  Payroll Supervisor




  • Education:  Certificate IV or equivalent in Payroll, Accounting, Human Resources or related Specialties
  • Work Experience:  4+ years Payroll related experience
