Media Management Advisory Specialist

Utilizes industry or domain experience to deliver business value on a repeatable basis to clients. Delivers strategic business insights, aids decision-making to maximize client operations or uncover opportunities to grow revenue/ reduce costs. Utilizes a broad set of analytical tools to recommend improvements to client business functions: media and financial auditing, media/marketing procurement, deep digital expertise, agency pitch/selection and value tracking and setting of agency objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Your role includes some or all of the following key responsibilities. You should review these in conjunction with career level guidelines to gain a clear understanding of the expectations for your role.


  • Delivery of current portfolio of business
  • Supervise a team of dedicated media management data analysts/business advisors, focused on analyzing client data, developing basic presentations, and providing insights to fully understand the implications and opportunities derived from the analysis.
  • Develop insights using data around client opportunities for improvement and provide the framework for the messaging to the client
  • Liaise with media agency directors to work on client analysis.
  • Collaborate with leadership team to present findings during client presentations
  • Use high technology tools to work efficiently & effectively with clients
  • Manage multiple projects at a time, ensuring delivery quality expectations are met within the timelines.
  • Responsible for growth of existing portfolio and new clients
  • Identify opportunities for additional value in current portfolio
  • Support new sales and re-contracting efforts by providing market insights and presentation development and delivery
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.


  • Based on role, analytics experience may be applied through:
  • Utilize analytical/ statistical tools (e.g., SAS, JDA) to develop business data insights.
  • Responsible for statistical inference of data through estimation techniques and hypothesis testing.
  • Utilize tools (e.g., cross tabulation, conjoint analysis, cluster analysis, multi-dimensional scaling, factor analysis, multiple discriminant analysis, regression and correlation) and algorithms for data mining (e.g., association rules, artificial neural network, decision trees, time series) to develop business data insights.
  • Supports study on central tendency, dispersion, skewness and kurtosis of nominal & ordinal (non-metric), interval & ratio (metric) data.
