Our practice is a very active community and is growing rapidly.  We are looking for a  Senior Manager to join our team and share our passion for HR Transformation, Talent and Workforce Management.


A typical day for our Senior Managers might include:

  • Providing uniquely differentiated consulting expertise to our clients by helping them to develop and deliver world class HR transformation and talent solutions
  • Leading client discussions to identify and shape new HR transformation and talent opportunities and sharing examples of Accenture’s points of view, assets, tools and latest thinking with clients
  • Discussing and shaping complex, fast-paced, innovative HR transformation programmes and helping HR functions to assess their operating model, their capability, operations and technology
  • Leading large teams in all aspects of talent solution implementation and supporting teams of analysts and consultants to design and deliver custom-built talent solutions
  • Building sustainable client relationships and your network across the practice
  • Leading business development, sales efforts and internal capability development to continue to expand our practice

Role Requirements

As a T&O Management Consultant, you’ll often be responsible for driving analysis and / or project management activities across the delivery lifecycle.  The most important thing for us is that you display the right attitude. We would like you to actively contribute to our community and clients as practitioners, who can think logically, solve problems and engage others. We want you to be driven to develop yourself and others, as well as having a ‘big picture’ understanding of the Financial Services Industry. Salary in the range of 100,000 – 120,000 including super will be offered to the successful candidate.


You will have experience with some of the following:

  • Insurance, Capital Markets or Banking knowledge, with experience of working with Financial Services clients to drive marketing transformation

  • Deep expertise in major ‘multi-channel’ and/or digital development covering Branch, Telephony, Online, Tablets, Mobile services

  • Functional expertise on core banking and insurance distribution processes including: customer onboarding, change of circumstance, account opening, leads generation

  • Ability to operate at all stages of development lifecycle, from initial strategy projects through to full program delivery

  • Experience working in an Agile methodology and familiarity with Scrums

  • A good team worker with excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills

  • Well-developed analytical skills and ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesize large amounts of information

  • An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner

  • Experience identifying a client’s high-level business needs and leading the creation of detailed functional specs and other documentation, such as requirement traceability matrices, work-flow diagrams and use-cases

  • Experience working through organizational change, developing and implementing creative solutions

  • Keen interest in key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry.
