As an Accenture ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be working with internal Sales and Client Account Leads to scope, develop and pitch opportunities and innovative strategic ServiceNow based solutions for high profile enterprise Accenture clients in Australia and across the region.
A highly experienced and proven team leader, responsibilities will include owning and directing Accenture ServiceNow teams engaged in bid/proposal responses.
Responsible for achieving sales and pipeline targets across net new and existing channels (working with sales leads and teams); participate and help lead the ORC/NBM reviews with the sales leads
Generate client interest in offerings and products and build strong, credible relationships with clients through personal interaction, as well as by sharing delivery and technical credentials and expertise
Develop working relationship with internal Sales and Client Account Leads
Support pre-sales meetings with prospective and existing clients
Leverage and adapt existing assets for new opportunities
Help shape and run client meetings, and deliver presentations to prospects
Participate and help lead the opportunity approval/review discussions
Present/lead solution ideas and approaches in client and team sessions, obtain client feedback and ensure solution value drivers are reflected in the client value proposition and proposals
Ensure good communication/governance structures for upcoming delivery
Identify business development opportunities and communicate them to the sales organization
Exhibit the ability to operate effectively in a team selling/ working environment
Demonstrate deep content, industry and business acumen within area of sales
Exhibit deep sales and/or sales operations skills with a focus on profitability
Build working relationships with clients
Provide an interface between the sales and technical teams
Defining strategic solutions and tactical implementation approaches to support client needs
Supporting sales calls and performing detailed scoping engagements
Owning detailed project effort estimates and associated resource plans
Producing scoping outputs such as Statements of Work and Solution Designs
Mentoring and supporting the delivery team performing scoping activities, and reviewing their outputs
Ensure solution delivery is consistent with the initial project vision and objectives
Ensure full knowledge transfer to delivery team is complete
Identify subsequent areas for solution enhancement and expansion
Other project delivery roles from time to time as required
Input into the team’s standard processes and deliverables
Maintain their knowledge of ServiceNow product development
Develop a product specialization in selected third party products
Actively contribute to Online Communities and forums for ServiceNow
Other activities as directed by management or as required by operational needs.
