Consulting professionals within Customer & Channel (C&C) apply customer experience driven deep strategy development and digital solution design skills to partner with our clients on their most critical digital and customer C-Suite issues. We help our clients target and deliver value by levering digital capabilities to deliver differentiating sales & customer experiences at scale, working from strategy development through to design and execution; and including development of long-term partnering models supporting or operating digital capabilities. We partner with our digital ecosystem partners to bring the most optimum solutions to our clients.


Role Requirements


A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
  • Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.  
  • Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. 
  • Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.  
  • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
  • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.  
  • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside. 
  • Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Experience Design; Digital Marketing Technology; Analytics & CRM. 
  • Experience in software tools that support above items is preferred (not necessary) (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe, major CRM packages, digital marketing tools).
  • Experience within the Retail and/or Consumer Good & Services Sectors 
  • 3 to 6 years of experience
  • Business qualification including MBA useful and highly valued
  • Consideration will be given to candidates who hold equivalent qualifications
  • Experience in Alcohol/Beverage industry would be highly regarded
