Role Requirements
 
Seeking a seasoned sales executive with a proven track-record of prospecting, qualifying and assessing customer needs, to sell Workday services to enterprise clients.
  • 8+ years proven, successful sales experience in HR, Finance, or IT Professional Services or Platforms.
  • 4+ years background in selling Cloud based HR or Finance related Professional Services (e.g Workday, Oracle, or SuccessFactors)
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Positive attitude, high motivation level and a passion for building a business.
  • Ability to articulate and present a compelling value proposition via customer meetings and product demonstrations, both in-person, and via the web.
  • Experience developing a territory: identifying and qualifying opportunities; pursuing conversion of qualified leads to customers with monthly recurring revenue.
  • Technical acumen blended with ability to communicate business value.

  • Able to create and execute  Go To Market Strategies, Sales & Account Plans
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Interest in broader organisational pursuits (e.g. Mentoring, diversity, volunteering)
