The SAP SuccessFactors Learning Consultant is responsible for working with customers to define their future Learning business processes, supported by SAP SuccessFactors Learning as the technology of choice.
 
Typical Day/Week Snapshot
  • Meet with clients to analyse their individual needs for Learning Management, provide estimates on work and determine the project scope
  • Conduct process analysis and provide leading practice to define future Learning processes
  • Demonstrate knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, not only for Learning but as well for SAP Platform and the interaction of SuccessFactors Learning with Talent Management modules and with SAP JAM
  • Identify clients’ work practices and understand the nature of their businesses to properly define their needs and customise solutions using SuccessFactors Learning
  • Work collaboratively with the project team and third parties to determine required resources and create realistic timelines
  • Design solutions, data model and integration architecture
  • Manage and mentor our offshore development and configuration team
  • Lead testing and coordinate testing with the project team and third parties
Basic Qualifications:
 
Preferred experience:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • SAP SuccessFactors Learning Certification
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning implementations on at least two projects
  • Knowledge of Learning Business Processes
  • Agile development project experience
