We have opportunities in both Sydney and Melbourne as a Hybris Lead Developer/Manager, salary ranging $120,000-$160,000; flexible for the right skills and experience.

As a Hybris Developer, you’ll be ready to face clients and provide technical leadership at a project level. You’ll be forward-thinking and you’ll be ready to assist in development of standards, methodology and repeatable processes with other senior team members.
 
You will have a history of eCommerce development with the Hybris platform, or other relevant experience such as Java Spring or ATG. The candidate will be familiar with projects run within the Agile methodology and, as part of the role, the candidate is expected to be able to convert business requirements into code, prove their work with appropriate testing, and provide ongoing support to eCommerce websites.

You also have:

  • Relevant university degree

  • At least 3 years work experience from working with content and Hybris e-commerce systems as a developer or architect (setting direction, managing teams, driving proposals and estimation)

  • Java web development experience with Spring, front-end, HTML, JS, integrations

  • web based/e-commerce applications on HYBRIS (training provided)

  • User experience, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX and Spring MVC

  • Web services and RESTful API

  • Spring integration and integration patterns

  • Strong OO design patterns, modular design

  • Understanding of SaaS and cloud based solutions

  • Linux/Windows/Mac command line with SSH/FTP/SCP

  • Test driven development, unit testing, selenium, and testing approaches

  • Performance testing & optimisation with jProfiler & jMeter

  • Digital technology and cutting-edge web solutions

     

  • Agile delivery, client-facing consulting environment in which it is essential to keep up to date with the rapidly developing trends in digital

  • Attend trainings and become highly valuable product specialist

  • Lead & mentor less experienced developers.

  • Experience and interest in designing and implementing with Hybris e- commerce system.

  • Experience and interest in designing and implementing with Adobe Experience Manager.

  • Worked in projects with agile or traditional development methodologies and covering the full web development life cycle, including interactions with external creative agencies

  • Knowledge about other digital marketing technologies such as content management, campaign management, social media, search, web analytics and behavioural targeting

  • Be a major contributor to the digital content, commerce and marketing practice at Accenture Digital in the Australia New Zealand region

  • Strong analytical skills - can find, understand and analyse things that are not obvious or lie behind the surface.

  • As a person you are a positive team player with good communication skills

  • Fluent English skills
