The Digital GTM Senior Manager (SM) is responsible for growing a pipeline of Digital business at a selection of priority client accounts.  Our ideal candidate has experience working with organisations to transform their business and operating models to become more Digital.  This position requires the individual to be an expert “connector” and to bring the best of Digital and Accenture together to shape innovative solutions which respond to client opportunities. 


Grow Business

  • Actively originate, shape and sell end to end digital transformation opportunities with our priority ANZ clients.

  • Work with client account teams to develop a Digital account plan and Digital sales strategy for priority ANZ clients.

  • Role model Digital, with experience that enables you to help our clients navigate their Digital Transformation journey.

  • Understand and educate our clients on the breadth of Accenture’s digital capabilities and assets and our transformative solutions.

  • Maintain involvement throughout the delivery of Digital projects to position Digital for successful up-sell, future sales and client “referenceability”.

  • Understand current and future client needs in the context of Digital, and apply insights to make recommendations for developing new capabilities and assets aligned with the industry portfolio.

  • Coordinate across Digital Business Groups and the geographic teams to embed digital into existing offerings and business services and develop new industry-specific digital offerings and business services.

  • Take responsibility for owning and delivering a specific Digital sales target.

Develop Key Relationships

  • Pursue and cultivate strong relationships with top level client decision makers within the Communications Media and Technology, Products, Resources industry or Health and Public Service industries

  • Cultivate relationships with key internal counterparts, as well as Client Account Teams to ensure we are bringing the best of Accenture’s digital capabilities to our clients.

  • Work closely with the ANZ Digital GTM lead to originate and sell Digital opportunities.

  • Represent Accenture Digital at select speaking engagements.


Basic Qualifications                                                                

  • Minimum 6 years of business development and sales experience.  

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with organisations to help facilitate their transformation to become more Digital.

  • Consulting services experience or experience of selling in a consultative environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills      

  • Good listening skills, ability to ask questions and probe to uncover issues.

  • Ability to bring structure to respond to client issues and opportunities in a dynamic environment.

  • Experience in structuring and developing compelling proposals.

  • Ability to negotiate and shape a deal including understanding pricing and risk.

  • High level of enthusiasm and passion for Digital.

  • Experience using story telling and communication techniques to break through complexity and gain understanding and agreement.    

  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
