Accenture Corporate Functions
Professionals in our corporate functions run and manage Accenture’s internal operations and all activities across our business, from finance, HR and legal to workplace management, operations and marketing and communications. You will be part of the engine that powers all areas of Accenture, enabling us to provide the capabilities and expertise that clients need to help them become high-performance businesses. 
Job Summary: 
You will operate independently and manage the delivery of a variety of Office Support and Facilities Services to Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra offices to 3000 staff.  You will be responsible to manage and supervise the work of a team of approx. 10-15 people across these 3 locations. 
You will have a deep understanding, expertise and industry knowledge of facilities and people management and operate with a large degree of autonomy. You will plan and prioritize activities to ensure the service quality and productivity of the team. You will use judgment to make a variety of decisions, usually complex in nature, which predominately affect the work of your team. You will also manage contracts and relationships with external vendors and/or commodities.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Service Delivery
  1. Accountable for the implementation, delivery and quality of various office support services for a specific location or functional area.
  2. Maintain positive relations with all internal and external customers. Monitor and address service delivery issues.
  3. Implement service enhancements to meet Office Operations customer requirements.
  4. Ensure appropriate staffing levels and work coverage.
People Management
  1. Responsible for people management of the team
  2. Responsible for career counseling, performance management and training development needs.
  3. When and where applicable you will handle disciplinary action in accordance with local legislations.
  4. Provide team building, employee recognition and motivational activities.
  5. Participate in recruiting activities and induction program as necessary.
  6. Work with employees on career development needs. 
  7. Motivate and boost morale of employees.
Space Management 
  1. Oversee daily operations of the internal space management systems to ensure workspace optimization and customer satisfaction
  2. Assist with the integration of acquisitions into an Accenture GS office and also potentially assist with the closure of acquired offices.
  3. Manage events held in Accenture offices
  4. Manage positive relationships with Meetings & events team
  5. Responsibility for Hosting, Operating and managing the client experience centre / Liquid Studio / Client immersion spaces
  6. Responsible for cost recovery of rooms and services
Facilities Management
  1. Liaise with Building management to perform maintenance.
  2. Coordinate space moves and floor re-fits.
  3.  Direct line manager of the facilities supervisor for the office.
  4. Manage positive relationships with all internal and external customers/vendors and independently resolve escalated issues (responsible for the communication efforts to customers such as changes, new services, incidences, etc.)
  5. Manage Contractor inductions
  6. Provide reporting to key stakeholders on all landlord matters
Security Management
  1. Oversee maintenance of security records, including security cards.
  2. Ensure that the premise is secure at all times and any other matters that fall into the security category.
  3. Work with local and global security colleagues to ensure policies are carried out in Accenture locations
  4. Member of the EMT (Emergency Management Team)
  5. Key local contact for external security/monitoring vendors
Budget Management
  1. Monitor and take action to improve financial and operational results for the Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra offices. 
  2. Review and approve invoices and financial expenditures as needed. 
  3. Contribute to planning reviews and financial forecasts
Special Projects 
  1. Participate in local, national and global special projects
  2. Act as a change agent for local implementations.
You will ideally have a background in office management or facilities management
 Experience/Knowledge Required:
  1. Minimum of 5 years customer service experience.
  2. High level of customer service skills with proven organizational, prioritisation & administrative ability. Must be able to work to deadlines.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and comfortable with ambiguity
  4. Pro-Active team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  5. Strong affinity with IT and Audio Visual related technology. 
  6. Previous experience in organisation and process design
  7. Possess strong delivery and change Management skills
