The BPO Sales Senior Manager contributes to profitable sales growth by achieving high deal quality focused on complex deal shaping, negotiation or bid management, often within both defined market and emerging markets.


 Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Client and Sales teams to shape, negotiate and close outsourcing contracts

  • Manage deal closure cycle from Pricing Strategy & Execution, Negotiate to Close and Transition to Delivery teams

  • Lead Client and Accenture teams to a mutually beneficial deal outcome

  • Comply with Accenture Sales Policies and Procedures

  • Represent deals at relevant review and approval forums 

  • Participate in deal and delivery quality assurance processes


Experience, Attributes and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in outsourcing solution, sales or commercial roles

  • Sales experience in one or more of the following; BPO – Finance & Accounting, HR, Procurement or Shared Services.

  • Experience in flexible commercial model constructs, like as-a-service

  • Desirable for Industry Specific Sales Experience in: Financial Services and/or Products (retail, manufacturing, travel etc)

  • Strong knowledge of outsourcing contract commercial constructs and key legal terms 

  • Experience building relationships with C-level executive clients

  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

  • Business acumen, negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills

  • Flexibility for interstate travel to support deals outside home office location

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
