Due to an exciting growth and capability build phase, CMT is currently seeking experienced Process Improvement professionals to join our Management Consulting - Supply Chain & Operations team.
 
Successful candidates for this position will be experienced in consulting services for CMT or have moved on to relevant consultant-level industry roles in CMT.
 
The role will be compensated between $95000 to $115000 including super.
The consultant must demonstrate skills in the following knowledge areas:
  • Lead/involved in CMT Management Consulting – Business Improvement/Operational Excellence projects/engagements
  • Engage with Supply Chain & Operations leadership on business problems and collaborate to bring effective solutions
  • Translate client problems into business requirements that can be transitioned into delivery functions for execution
  • Facilitate application and tools assessment for Operational Excellence processes
  • Ability to plan, design and implement Process Improvement related strategies to drive business adoption
  • Develop articulate presentations that communicate proposals, strategies, plans and outcomes
  • Lead and manage high performing teams to deliver quality outcomes aligned to Time, Quality and Cost metrics
