Profile/Role Description
Change Management professionals provide knowledge and experience related to the skills, structures, tools and support mechanisms needed to manage change and to foster an environment conducive to sustaining that change.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
* Identifying and growing client opportunities – with existing and/or new clients
* Bringing new ideas, innovation and/or thought leadership to clients
* Developing strong ongoing business relationships with clients
* Proactively managing client and Accenture work requirements
* Developing change management strategies and plans, including work management plans, to deliver the required business outcomes on time and in budget
* Planning, developing and delivering all change management activities required to support successful implementation of a project
* Working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the change program is pragmatic and business-led
* Developing business readiness approaches/plans and measuring outcomes from readiness activities
* Developing and implementing business transition activities
* Supporting the development and implementation of project deployment activities
* Assessing the effectiveness of Change Management initiatives implemented and providing direction/action plans as required.
* Leading and managing large diverse teams, client and/or Accenture
Basic Qualifications (must be specific and measurable)
· Bachelor's Degree
· Minimum 7 years Change Management experience, ideally 5 of which is within a consulting environment
· Experience working successfully with senior stakeholders
· Must be able to travel, as project work is conducted on client premises
· Demonstrated ability to lead medium to large teams
· Led project engagements and experience opening up new opportunities with businesses
· Experience with Public Service organisations at a local, state or federal government level is highly desirable
•           Eligibility for an Australian Government Security Clearance is mandatory for this role (must be an Australian Citizen) and current Baseline security clearance would be highly advantageous.
Preferred Skills
Skills and hands on experience implementing portions of large-scale organisational
change programs related to enabling systems and process change. This may include but is not limited to:
· Change Network Strategy, Design, and Implementation,
· Skills and experiences in other related Talent organisation Performance areas such as Human Capital, organisational Effectiveness, Learning Collaboration, and Human Resource and Talent Management,
· Experience in using process mapping, training development, or web-page development applications,
· Experience in Project Management such as work planning, status reporting, issue / risk management, and estimating

· Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
· Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
· Ability to negotiate and influence to achieve a successful outcome
· Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking
· Demonstrated ability to develop and implement pragmatic business solutions
· Ability to work effectively with ambiguity, being flexible to change approach/direction, as required
