Technology Architecture professionals sell, assess, define, implement and/or support world-class information technology architectures, for Accenture or our clients, spanning simple IT projects to large-scale, enterprise-level change programs.

Job Description


The Agile Scrum Master is part of the Accenture Agile practice and will work on Agile projects as a member of the Agile leadership triangle (which also includes the Product Owner and Project Manager), responsible for:

  • Day-to-day development team work facilitation

  • Facilitation of Agile ceremonies (Retrospective, Planning session, Estimations)

  • Removal of barriers to team effectiveness 

  • Overall sprint and data management for the project

  • The Scrum Master’s overall responsibility is to ensure that the team delivers services to the customer and completes various project management activities according to defined service level commitments and process compliancy guidelines


Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred

  • At least 2+ years of experience working in software development teams ideally with Agile methodologies
